How the Job Search Consultation for Germany works
Before your session
I review your application materials and research your specific job niche in advance, so we don’t spend the call on that. You’ll get a short form after booking: your CV, the roles you’re aiming for, your German level, your visa situation, and where you’ve applied so far. Ten minutes of your time.
During your Session
A full hour building your strategy together: target market, application documents, interview preparation, and salary negotiation. No presentation, no script. We work through your situation and address your questions within the scope of your job search and career planning.
After your Session
You put the changes into practice, then send me your updated materials. I review what you’ve changed and answer any remaining questions, so you’re not left guessing whether you got it right.

2. Tell Me About Your Job Search
The booking form asks about your professional background, target roles, German level, current location, and job search so far.
You can upload your resume and other relevant career application materials. Please provide enough detail for me to understand your goals and the difficulties you are experiencing.
3. I Prepare for Your Session
Before the consultation, I review the materials you provide and research your professional field and target roles in Germany.
This allows us to spend the session discussing your strategy, positioning, and application materials rather than collecting basic information.
4. Join the Video Call
You will receive the meeting link and booking confirmation through Topmate.
Please join from a quiet place with a stable internet connection. During the 60-minute session, we work through your job search strategy, target employers, application materials, interviews, and other career questions relevant to your situation.
5. Receive Your Follow-Up
After the consultation, I send you a written follow-up with the main points, practical next steps, and relevant resources. You also receive my complete Job Search Guide for Germany.
