Starting a job search in Germany can be tough, especially when looking for companies that offer English-speaking roles and support with visa procedures or relocation. English language listings represent only a small share of the German job market, and many otherwise promising roles still require some German proficiency.
To make your search easier, I’ve personally compiled and checked a curated list of more than 1,000 companies that did not require German for many of the roles I reviewed over the past year. More than 250 of them have indicated visa or relocation support in job postings, career pages, or employer information. The list covers a wide range of industries and regions across Germany.
The list is not scraped or AI-generated. It draws on twenty years of experience supporting international professionals moving to Germany. It was last updated in July 2026, and you will automatically receive every new version, published every three months.
This is not a job board. Job postings and hiring needs change regularly.
The list helps you identify employers worth researching, but it does not show which positions are currently open or guarantee that every role is available in English.
